Whenever I tell people I teach yoga, I get one of two responses:
"Oh wow, I'd love to take one of your classes." OR
"Oh, I can't do yoga. I'm not flexible."
There are a lot of beliefs like this second response that keep people from trying yoga. It makes me sad that so many people miss out on the wonderful benefits of a regular yoga practice because of these kind of beliefs. So I'd like to dispel the top three myths I often hear people say about yoga. Do you believe any of these:
