Praise for Burnt Edges:
“The author’s writing style is flawless. She introduces various serious issues in the story in a delicate yet effective way. Readers who like stories which are dark and takes them into an emotional overdrive should try this one.” Read the full review here.
—Online Book Club Reader
“This is a beautifully written story. There are so many lovely, poetic descriptions woven effortlessly into a story that is now always pretty. They stand out without jarring from the narrive or seeming forced, the reader is left with raw yet beautiful language.”
—Emma Scott, author of Unbreakable: City Lights Book II
“The author has a sobering voice that is clear and precise with the rare ability to convey much emotion with very little ornamentation. This is not a story filled with purple prose, but a gritty, emotionally raw exploration of childhood trauma told in plain language.”
