12/22/2020 0 Comments Welcome WinterToday is the first day of winter. It's a time when there is a great stillness in nature. Everything seems to be hibernating and frozen. But underneath, life is quietly unfolding. Spiritually, winter is a time of turning inward. A time of rest. But anything is possible. Just like the sun that is reborn at the Winter Solstice, new possibilities are born within us at this time of year. If you want to change something in your life, now is a good time to work on it because winter is also a time of new beginnings. Soon we will begin to reawaken and we’ll begin looking forward to the projects and plans we’ll bring to fruition over the months to come. But first we will have to go through a time of initiations. We will face challenges and be tested. We will have to leave what is comfortable so we can grow into full selves. Are you ready to face those challenges? Do you have the internal strength you need? You may want to check out my online workshop: Using Challenges as a Way to Grow, on Sunday, 12/27/20 at 4:00 p.m. PACIFIC TIME. We'll be using the book, The Gift: 12 Lessons to Save Your Life, by Dr. Edith Eger as a foundation. We'll look back at the challenges we've overcome this year and examine ways to look at hard times as opportunities for growth. This will be an interactive workshop where you'll walk away with a new perspective and tools that you can use when life inevitably throws curveballs at you For more information and to sign up, go here. Peace, love & yoga,
