Holistic Wellness is within you.
Holistic means "whole" and wellness is your overall health and well-being. All parts of your life are interconnected so simply improving your eating habits only impacts a small part of your health. As a human woman, you are comprised of a mind, body, and a spirit. When you work with me, we look at your wellness through the lenses of five key areas that include:
Are you in control of your mind or is it controlling you?
Thoughts turn into words, which turn into actions. The kind of thoughts you follow and nurture are what's critical.
A good place to start is to determine if you have a fixed or growth mindset. Why does this matter?
If you have a fixed mindset, you tend to believe that your talents, skills, and abilities are set traits. You got what you got and there's no way to change it.
A growth mindset means you thrive on challenges and see “failure” as a springboard for strengthening your abilities. You figure that you can learn as you go.
Take this Mindset Check-Up, a quick tool that uses research-validated information, can help you assess your mindset.
