Hi, I’m Dana 👋 and at 58, I know firsthand how challenging midlife can feel.
For years, I lived with chronic pain, exhaustion, and the rollercoaster of menopause symptoms—night sweats, mood swings, brain fog, and all the frustration that came with them. Doctors offered quick fixes, but nothing helped me truly feel like myself again.
That’s when I turned to yoga, holistic nutrition, and mindfulness. Little by little, I began to feel stronger in my body, calmer in my mind, and clearer in my spirit. And I realized something powerful: midlife isn’t the end—it’s a new beginning.
