Hi, I’m Dana 👋 and at 58, I know firsthand how challenging midlife can feel.

For years, I lived with chronic pain, exhaustion, and the rollercoaster of menopause symptoms—night sweats, mood swings, brain fog, and all the frustration that came with them. Doctors offered quick fixes, but nothing helped me truly feel like myself again.

  • No problem! Every call is recorded and uploaded so you can watch at a time that works for you. Many women enjoy doing the practices again later in the week, too.

  • Absolutely. The yoga flows are gentle, joint-friendly, and come with modifications so you can meet your body where it’s at. This is about feeling better, not forcing yourself into difficult poses. Also, if you’re not flexible when you start, you may discover that changes in 6 weeks!

  • You will need a yoga mat, a chair, two yoga blocks, a yoga strap, and maybe a pillow or blanket. I can guide you with simple props you already have at home but it is best to have these items handy if possible.

  • This program is designed to be flexible and supportive. The workbook, action sheets, and video library will help you catch up easily—and I’ll be here to encourage you every step of the way.

  • Plan for about 1–2 hours: one live call (75 minutes) + a few short practices or reflections during the week. The focus is on small, doable steps that add up to lasting change. But just as in life, you only get out of it what you put in.

  • Strong, Calm & Clear is intimate by design (limited to 20 women). You’ll get personal guidance, accountability, and community support that makes it much easier to stay consistent. And because it’s built for midlife women, it speaks directly to your needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
