renew RESTORE RECONNECT

A Serene Weekend Yoga Retreat for Women

Step away from the constant pull of everyday life and into a space where everything begins to soften.

This intimate, thoughtfully designed weekend retreat is an opportunity to fully step out of your routines and into an environment created to support your well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Surrounded by the quiet beauty of nature, your days will unfold with gentle, intentional movement, guided practices to calm the nervous system, and meaningful moments of rest and reflection. Each element of the retreat is designed with care, allowing you to settle in, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

There is nothing you need to prove here.
Nothing you need to push through. Just space to breathe, to be, and to restore.

Space is limited to 10 people maximum.

In an age of constant movement, nothing is more urgent than being still.
— Pico Iyler

Beyond the practices themselves, there is something powerful about stepping away alongside other women who are also seeking a reset—a shared energy that makes the experience feel both grounding and expansive at the same time.

You’ll leave the retreat not only feeling more rested and clear, but with practices, insights, and a sense of connection that stays with you long after the weekend ends.

about Your Hostess

Dana Leipold, yoga instructor and wellness coach, smiling outdoors with greenery in the background, wearing a black top and a blue tie-dye shawl.

Dana Leipold has practiced yoga on and off for over 20 years. But it wasn't until she reached her fifties and she began to feel the effects of aging and a sedentary lifestyle that she decided to dive in deep to daily practices of yoga, meditation, and holistic nutrition. These practices have helped her build strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and most importantly equanimity. Dana completed her yoga instructor certification and holistic nutritionist certification in 2019 through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) and her meditation teacher certification in 2019 with the Priority Academy. In January 2020, she became a certified Yoga for Healthy Aging teacher. She completed her 200-hour YTT at PRANA Yoga + Wellbeing and gained a certificate in Yoga Nidra in 2022. She brings her passion for wellness and yoga philosophy to the mat and encourages students in her classes to let go of preconceptions of how yoga "should" be done and to pay attention to what works for them in the moment.

Special Guest: Beth Hughes
